With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate and business consulting, I help clients make confident, informed decisions that align property strategy with business success. My work spans every facet of the industry—from land and investment sales to international transactions and relocation consulting—bringing together deep market expertise, legislative insight, and strategic foresight.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored to serve on the 2025–2026 Board of Directors for the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors® (CTCAR) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). I previously served as Vice Chair Representative on the Legislative Management Team for the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABoR) and contributed to the Realtor Land Institute’s Government Affairs Committee, where I championed land use policy, broker accountability, and private property rights.
These experiences give me a rare, insider’s perspective on the regulatory and economic environments shaping Central Texas, allowing me to provide clients with both transactional and strategic guidance that goes beyond the deal.

As a servant leader, I am deeply invested in elevating the industry through education, inclusion, and collaboration. I’ve helped launch initiatives such as bi-annual Legislative Awareness Events and quarterly Roundtable Discussions to strengthen communication between commercial and residential professionals.

My advanced designations—CIPS®, RENE®, TRR®, and GRI®, among others—reflect my commitment to excellence and my ability to navigate complex negotiations, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable results. I am also a CCIM candidate, a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and currently pursuing a degree in real estate law to further enhance the depth of expertise I bring to every client relationship.

Beyond the boardroom, I engage with professional networks such as KW Commercial, KW Land, CCIM Texas Chapters, and the Texas Land and Mineral Owners Association. I also host a commercial real estate podcast covering the Texas Triangle, where I interview market experts and discuss strategies for thriving in one of the nation’s fastest-growing economic corridors.
